OLIVER BINNS
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Oliver E. Binns is the visionary, founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Mantas Group, a Sports and Entertainment, Education and Hospitality Development Group. Also, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BEESG, a Green Waste to Energy Corporation; Mr. Binns has worked in the areas of Sports Management, Information Technology and all aspects of the Hospitality Industry. Mr. Binns has dedicated himself to connecting people through multi-cultural experiences in Sports, Entertainment, Education and Hospitality, while ensuring a clean, safe, sustainable, green environment for current and future generations. Mr. Binns graduated high school from Whitney Institute in 1972. Mr. Binns graduated from Bermuda Hotel College in 1974. Additional educational enhancements include Industrial Grievance Procedures, Industrial Labour Negotiator, Contract Law and Industrial Labour Relations.

DAMON WADE B.S.E.E., M.B.A., C.Eng., M.I.E.E.
Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Damon Wade was educated at the Berkeley Institute and graduated in 1989. Upon graduation, in 1995, with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Old Dominion University, Mr. Wade came back to Bermuda to work full time for Bermuda Electric Light Company (BELCO) where he held several positions throughout the company with increasing responsibilities. He combined technical abilities and management experience to achieve his Professional Engineering status locally and from the Engineering Council in the United Kingdom. Mr. Wade has completed a Utility Executive Course at the University of Idaho in 2006. Then in 2007, Mr. Wade obtained his Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

JACK WARD BSc (Hons) M.Sc
Chief Environmental Officer
Mr. Jack Ward is a Bermudian born environmental consultant and President of Bermuda Environmental Consulting, Ltd. A civil servant for 30 years, he was formerly the Director of Conservation Services for the Bermuda Government from 2002-2009. During this period Mr. Ward served as a Ministry of the Environment representative to the Marine Resources Board and the Board of Agriculture and to the International Coral Reef Initiative. He is the current Chairman of the Board of the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute. Mr. Ward graduated with a Bachelor of Science, with Honours, from the University of Ontario in 1979 and was awarded his Master of Science degree in Marine Biology from the University of Glasgow in 1999.

ANNIE GLASSPOOL BSc(Hons), MSc, PhD, CEnv, MIEEM, MIEMA, LEED AP OM
Chief Sustainability Officer
Dr. Annie Glasspool is a Chartered Environmentalist with an M.Sc. in Fisheries Biology and Ph.D. in Marine Biology from the University of Wales and over 25 years experience in the environmental sciences. A Permanent Resident of Bermuda since 1987, she led the award winning Bermuda Biodiversity Project from its inception in 1997 until 2008, building and managing a network of scientists researching Bermuda’s natural environment. She also took the lead in promoting local conservation action through the development of the Bermuda Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan, a community-based blueprint for conservation. Dr. Glasspool is increasingly engaged in the development of integrated environmental management solutions including EIA’s as well as corporate social responsibility strategies and green building design. She combines a strong working knowledge of environmental policy and legislation with practical fieldwork, project management and stakeholder consensus building and has served on various management, research, advisory and education committees for a number of NGO’s and as a consultant to the Bermuda Government. She currently sits on their Marine Resources Board.

TIMOTHY YOUNG
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Timothy B. Young is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience in various industries and disciplines in business, including in-depth operational and managerial experience in telecommunications, non-profit organizations, retail, contractual services and municipalities. Mr. Young owns an independent accounting practice, Young Financial Services. Mr. Young graduated from the University of Virginia with his Bachelor of Science in Commerce in 1983 and trained in Big 4 Accounting.
CORAL WELLS
Chief Communications Officer
Mrs. Coral Wells graduated from Mount Saint Agnes Academy and continued her education at the College of St. Rose in New York, obtaining a BFA in Marketing and Communications. Over the years Coral has worked in Massachusetts and Georgia gaining valuable marketing and technology experience. Coral brings over 15 years experience in the ICT and Marketing industries to the BEESG team. She sits on the Executive Board for The Bermuda Chamber of Commerce and is the Chairperson for the Business Technology Division. She is a community technology advocate playing a significant part on the Cybertips Committee, educating audiences from many organizations and schools about online safety and security. She is dedicated to the young technology professionals in Bermuda through her participation in the Technology Leadership Forum (TLF).

KEVIN G. BEAN, Esq.
Chief Business Development / Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary
Mr. Kevin G. Bean Esq. as President & CEO of Beacon, Ltd., an International Strategic Advisory Firm, supported by the law firm of Bean & Associates, leads an interdisciplinary team of professionals with physical presence and offices located in some 25 countries throughout the Caribbean inclusive of Bermuda, as well in the Middle East, Africa and the United States of America. He brings his own extensive successful experience in supporting the planning, development, acquisition, financing, refinancing, operation and sale of infrastructure assets in Bermuda and around the world. He concentrates his practice exclusively on supporting clients of Beacon, Ltd. who require Global Structuring advice, Governmental Support and Liaison, Project Finance, Public Finance and other Leveraged Finance techniques. Mr. Bean has throughout his legal career represented several Insurance Companies, Banking and Investment Firms, State and Local Governments and Agencies, Public and Private Businesses and Non-Profit Enterprises in a full spectrum of infrastructure transactions in a wide variety of industry sectors including Transportation, Tourism, Construction, Energy, Water, Telecommunications, Entertainment, Shipping, Health, and Engineering.
IVAN BROADBELT
Controller
Mr. Ivan Broadbelt started his career in Accounting at the Fairmont Southampton Princess Hotel. While working there from 1973 – 2000 he advanced from Storeman to Assistant Financial Controller, spending time in each area of operation from purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivables, etc. to producing and analysing the monthly and annual financial statements and budgets. He served as Financial Controller for the Cedarbridge Academy from 2000 – 2011. Mr. Broadbelt graduated from the Berkeley Institute in 1969.
MICHAEL SWAN
Chief Information Officer
Mr. Michael H.C. Swan is an Information Technology (IT) Specialist with over 25 years of extensive telecommunication and IT experience including network coordination, operation, performance and network engineering for system hardware and software. His expertise includes leadership, budget and strategic planning, business analysis, human resource management training and development. Mr. Swan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industry and Technology in 1984 from East Carolina University, Greenville, North Carolina, USA. In 2002, Mr. Swan earned a Certificate in Advanced Management in Telecommunications from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business Center for Telecom Management. In 2005, he earned a Masters of Business Administration and Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
